He is well versed in corporate shareholding and other matters related to investments and corporate setup, obtaining Foreign Business Licenses and Foreign Business Certificates, and overseeing corporate licensing processes. He also focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including providing transaction support and managing closing processes to ensure successful outcomes.

He also assists clients in setting up both onshore and offshore entities and has worked extensively with PDLegal’s tax team supporting clients on corporate matters.
