With over 15 years of experience, Orathai has worked on a wide range of corporate matters including shareholding structuring, dissolution and rehabilitation of companies, and general corporate advisory, maintenance, and compliance.

She has advised a wide spectrum of clients across diverse industries with varying requirements on their legal and regulatory strategies and structures for their expansion into Thailand. This includes obtaining Foreign Business Licenses and Promotion Certificates from Thailand’s Board of Investment (BOI) for various multinational companies and subsidiaries of European manufacturing companies.

Her expertise extends to securing essential licenses, permits, and certificates relevant to the client’s business operations, ensuring full compliance with Thai legal requirements in cross-border transactions.

Orathai regularly advises on cross-border real estate and related investment matters, including real estate due diligence exercises, structuring personal acquisitions and investments, commercial real estate transactions, and real estate acquisition under the privileges of the Investment Promotion Law and Industrial Estate of Authority of Thailand.

Prior to joining PDLegal, Orathai honed her skills with leading international law firms in Thailand. She graduated from Thammasat University in Bangkok.
