Thao-Nguyen is a qualified lawyer in Vietnam, specialising in corporate M&A and governance and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.

 

She has extensive experience assisting foreign investors in navigating Vietnam’s dynamic market, providing legal advice on investment matters, business setup, and licensing processes. She has represented both local and international clients in a wide range of M&A transactions including investments and acquisitions across various industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and education.

 

Her expertise also extends to corporate governance, with a particular emphasis on labour-related issues. She is well-versed in managing internal labour governance, conducting workplace investigations, handling disciplinary actions, and resolving labour-related issues to minimize the potential escalation of disputes.

 

Thao-Nguyen holds an LL.B. in Politics, Philosophy, and Law from King’s College London (UK) and an LL.M. from the University of Edinburgh (UK), equipping her with the expertise to navigate the complexities of both Vietnamese and international law.
